AbigailAbigail Roach graduated from Marian University in 2009 with a BS in Education and is a nationally recognized Certified Personal Trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Abigail has a broad background in athletics and is a classically trained dancer. She was both a high school and college athlete. In addition to participating in a variety of sports throughout her fitness journey, she has coached middle school organized athletics, and designed healthy lifestyle programming for youth as the assistant program director for Washington Township Parks and Recreation.

In recent years, Abigail has engaged in a combination of high resistance, circuit-based training programs, and has enjoyed pushing her own limits through different methods of exercise. Along with interval training, she values traditional resistance programs, physique training, and functional fitness application. Abigail believes that mastering the fundamentals of exercise allows a client to execute advance exercises safely and effectively. She understands and promotes the importance of a balanced lifestyle to achieve optimal results for health and wellness.
As a mother of three, Abigail truly believes in the importance of family. Her hobbies include spending time outdoors with her husband, children, and dogs and creating meaningful memories with loved ones. She has a passion for cooking, and loves trying new healthy recipes. Abigail has made healthy living through clean eating and exercise her lifestyle, and hopes to help others do the same on their fitness journey.
