Body By Martin Challenge 

Last January I launched my first Ebook. This is something I have been wanting to do for a long time! As a personal trainer and nutritionist, I often get asked "what do you do for workouts?", "what do you eat?" etc. It is hard to give just want simple answer. Therefore, I put it ALL together in a book (38+ pages long!). 

​The book is a comprehensive 12 week program that includes both fitness and nutrition regimens to transform your body with maximum results.

Why I wrote this Book 

​As a personal trainer and nutritionist, I’m often asked “What do you eat? What kind of workouts do you do? How can I get into shape?”
There is no easy answer. Everyone’s body is different, no one has the same genetics, metabolism or hormones, but the same training and nutrition principles work for nearly everyone. The most important thing to remember is that “getting into shape” is not going to happen overnight. It is a lifestyle change that takes time, effort and continuous work to adhere. I try to encourage people to look at the long term results rather than instant gratification. For some people it can be hard to start a program and stick to it. Therefore, I’ve come up with a comprehensive program that anyone at any level can use and benefit from. It’ll produce great results but most importantly, at the end you will walk away knowing how to live a healthy lifestyle. 

What does it entail? 

This book is filled with the exact way I eat and why. It contains my clean eating guidelines, steps to figure out YOUR specific nutrition requirements, my clean eating food list, macronutrient list, sample menus for training and non-training days, my favorite recipes, products/supplements, food log and MORE!'

Along with my coaching and support you will get;
  • Nutrition; A custom program designed based your specific metabolic calculations, age, activity level etc. I will help you set your macros to support weight, but more importantly, fat loss. Also, are included detailed macro meal breakdowns along with pre and post workout nutrition. There are a lot of online calculations and apps that can do the work for you but I personally like to do it myself to ensure it is accurate. Also included is my complete guide to clean eating, clean eating food list, sample menus, and my favorite recipes and products.
  • 12 Week Progressive Training; This includes a 3 phase based training guide designed to build lean muscle, burn fat, and improve physique while improving cardiovascular and muscular performance. Included are detailed cardiovascular exercises, target heart rates, weight training exercises, sets, reps, and progression.
  • Access to me; As a part of Martin Nutrition & Fitness "fit fam", you get access to me and my private Facebook page where you can ask questions, post your progress, share information with others, and help motivate others. I will be there, right by your side, to help coach you along the way, to check in and change/adapt the program if needed, help motivate and keep you accountable in order to reach your goals. It will be like having me in your pocket at all times!

The Challenge 

Individuals who sign up for the BBM Challenge will receive a copy of the Ebook. Not only do you get ALL of this information but you get accountability and coaching through me. I will be there to help coach you along the 12 weeks, answer any and all questions you have, give you tips, suggestions, recommendations, assess your progress and adjust your plan as need be. The challenge is designed to help kick start your new lifestyle, hold you accountable, and help you reach your goals!

​Individuals who complete the 12 week program have the chance to win some great prizes. Participants will submit their pre and post pictures, along with their pre-and post-assessment and transformation story. The individual who has the greatest transformation at the end of the 12 weeks will win a GRAND PRIZE. This challenge is open to anyone, not just those who attend our studio, therefore whether you live in Indiana or in Alaska you can participate! 

For those who are local, you will be able to come to the MNF studio for your pre and post assessments and also check in/weigh ins. We will also be having a workshop Tuesday Jan 2nd to kick off the challenge where you can set time aside to get your pre-assessment in!

Body By Martin (BBM) 2 is a whole new training program. If you've completed BBM 1 and ready for new and challenging workouts for you then this trainer is for you! BBM2 includes proper macro and micronutrient intake to optimize your results from the workouts. You'll recieve a new 12 week progressive training program designed to build strong lean muscle in all the right areas! Also, to burn fat and condition your muscles.
