Brice Atherton, MS
Brice is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, USAW Sports Performance Coach, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Southern Indiana and a Master’s degree in Physical Education-Exercise Science from Indiana State University. He gained collegiate strength and conditioning experience completing an internship at Indiana University and had coaching stints at Indiana State University and Benedictine College. Brice has spent time in a secondary school setting as both the Strength and Conditioning Coach and Powerlifting Coach at Immaculata Catholic School as well as utilizing tactical strength and conditioning programming to work with U.S. Army soldiers at Fort Leonard Wood to improve performance and rehabilitate soldiers from injuries. Brice enjoys working with and training individuals of all ages to improve their health. He loves to use his skills and real life experience to educate individuals of all ages on ways to incorporate fitness and healthy lifestyles into everyday life.
