Together, Stephanie and Jon share the same lifestyle values and goals. As Certified Personal Trainers, they know what it takes to live the most active, healthy lifestyle. By combining healthy nutrition habits with fitness, they are highly motivated to lead by example and help others. Shortly after they achieved their Master's degrees in Nutrition and Exercise Science in 2013, they created Martin Nutrition & Fitness out of their home.
This fall, they are excited to announce the grand opening of their studio in Greenwood, IN, where they can offer their premier fitness and nutrition services to individuals and families wanting to become healthier by incorporating better nutrition habits with an active lifestyle.
