Summer Sports Conditioning
8 Week Program
- Starting 6/6 to week of 8/1
- Athletes have the ability to register after the season or start date , or to have more of a flexible scheduling option by purchasing a 12 pack of sessions that can be used anytime within the 8 week period
- 10% discount for multiple immediate family members (email us to receive discount)
- Athletes that register for the Elite program receive a Martin Nutrition & Fitness Tshirt
Elite (Level 3)
This program consist of 3 days of training a week for the 8 week period, 24 sessions. This program is perfect of serious athletes who want to get an edge on their competition, reduce injury, and develop important components of sports performance including strength, agility, speed, power, flexibility, and core.
The general sports performance program will be tailored to each individuals level of training and needs.
3x/week-$500 ( $250/month)
Sports Performance (Level 2)
Our Sports Performance group is perfect for the busy athlete who would like to maximize their potential by participating in highly structured strength and conditioning program led by out team. Athletes will have 2 training days per week that will focus on speed/agility/power and strength/injury prevention. Training program will be modified based on performance goals, in-vs- off-season needs, and sports considerations.
2x/week- $400 (200/month)
Functional FItness (Level 1)
This program is designed to introduce the foundations of functional movement and sports performance with emphasis on skill development.Our team of trainers will provide guidance to teach developmentally appropriate strength exercises, mechanics, and other performance based skills to maximize safety and results. This program will promote improved body awareness and performance due to increase functional strength, coordination, balance, speed/agility/ and more.
1 x/week -$200 ($100 month)
